Board Policies
The role of the Arizona
State Board for Charter Schools (ASBCS) is to oversee the charter schools it
sponsors, which includes academic, financial and statutory compliance as well
as adherence to the terms and conditions in the school’s charter contract.
This is accomplished by executing its general oversight responsibilities,
communicating with schools, and overseeing schools’ compliance with academic
and financial obligations.
The following are the
current policies adopted by the ASBCS. Please review these policies, as well
as, the ASBCS Rules and State Statute for guidance.
