Below you will find the
application to transfer to the Arizona State Board for Charter Schools.
You will find specific
instructions on what we need to complete the process. Please be
sure to return all the documents requested as soon as possible and
no later than close of business on April 7, 2008. The transfer
must occur by the start of the next fiscal year (July 1) as outlined in this legislation.
Please call our office if you have any questions about this process. These documents will become part of your new charter contract.
